Stations in the Life of Jesus – 4th Friday of the Month

2017 Stations of the Cross - Web

Prayerfully walking the Stations of the Cross, either alone or as a group is an ancient Christian devotion that enables us to engage with the suffering of Christ on his journey to Calvary. This devotion is often seen as a small pilgrimage as we journey from station to station.

The fifteen stations focus on the events of Jesus’ journey to the Cross, beginning in the Garden of Gethsemane and ending at the empty tomb. At each station we recall and meditate upon the specific event of the Passion, prayers and reflections are offered and we move together as disciples following in The Way of the Cross.

You are welcome to join us in this liturgy for prayer, reflection, and fellowship. We seek to be a community that journey together in our spiritual growth as we learn and share our lives together, following the Way of the Cross.

The Stations of the Cross are walked in the Church at 6 pm on the Fourth Friday evening of each month (except in January), and on each Friday evening during the season of Lent.
